PHILOSOPHY

I work holistically with you, I have been a therapist for 20 years and enjoy working with people helping them back to better health and seeing them grow as individuals. I have travelled this path myself. I use Aromatherapy, Massage, Bach Flower Remedies and Strategic Intervention Coaching in my practice. You are important, we manifest aches and pains in our body when other things are affecting our life.
